BEDMAX Shavings rewards staff for 3-year 100% attendance record.
BEDMAX Shavings, the UK’s leader in equine bedding,is proud of their dedicated workforce especially after four of its employees from its Northumberland Greymare plant were acknowledged for their exceptional attendance record.
Kevin Pringle, Adam Robinson, Barry Smith and James Thomson who have all worked for the company for many years, have each provided the company with a full attendance record for the past three years. In personally thanking them, BEDMAX’s Managing Director Tim Smalley said:
“I am very proud we have such committed teams of staff across all of our production plants, and of course, I am especially delighted that we are able to reward not one but four members of staff for their outstanding three years’ service to BEDMAX without a single day of sickness. I would like to show appreciation to Adam, Barry, James and Kevin for their ongoing dedication as it makes it so much easier to run a manufacturing business when you can rely on 100% attendance from staff.”
Established in 2000, BEDMAX Ltd was the first company in the UK to produce tailor-made, dust-free shavings for horses. Today, with a Royal Warrant for the supply of horse bedding to Her Majesty the Queen and HRH the Prince of Wales, it is now the industry leader.
Where possible the ethos of the company has been to support the local community employing local people. The company has gone from strength-to-strength and its product range, BEDMAX, LITTLEMAX, STOCKMAX, and HOTMAX is now recognised across the globe, and of course a significant factor which can be attributed to this growth is its dedicated workforce.
